Overview

At Fortitude, each product is made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, misprinted, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method. There is no additional cost to you for defective items.

Size exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer size exchanges.

To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement in the requested size.

Change-of-mind returns

As all Fortitude products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Return address

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
