Fortitude was built on resilience

After spending 10 years as a personal trainer, I found myself — like many in the fitness industry — facing uncertainty when COVID-19 forced gyms to close. Rather than wait for things to return to normal, I decided to create something better: a private training facility built around expertise, support, and genuine care.

Throughout 2020, we worked to bring that vision to life. In January 2021, FORTITUDE opened its doors — and we’ve been nearly fully booked ever since.

FORTUTUDE is a private personal training facility offering in-person coaching for one to four people at a time, ensuring every client receives focused attention and a tailored plan. We also run a highly successful remote coaching program, supporting clients with performance-driven goals across a wider reach.

With a team of four dedicated coaches, we continue to grow stronger every year.

The name FORTITUDE reflects what we stand for. Many of our clients come to us with setbacks — injuries, back pain, pregnancy, or periods of time away from training. Others arrive with ambitious performance goals.

In every case, progress requires both physical and mental strength. We help our clients build both.
